St. Paul Police K-9 Foundation 

K9 Havoc has retired after more than 8 years of service. He celebrated his retirement at the Minnesota Children's Hospital with the children he loved to visit. K9 Havoc has always had a teddy bear personality with the 100s of children he has visited over the years. Havoc has been an exceptional dog for both fighting crime and bringing smiles to peoples faces during public out reach events. He will now enjoy retirement at Officer Jay Curiel's home being a house dog with the family.
